Unlike a lot of these USBs being distributed we use only high quality flash chips from reputable brands that are tested for capacity and read/write speeds here in Australia before decorating. We've sold 10,000s of USBs and have developed the experience and procedures to ensure you only receive the best available quality product.
4GB drives are USB2.0 Samsung Chips (~10-15mb/s write and 15-20mb/s read speed).
= How to Order =
1. Send us a high resolution image (preferable vector) of what you’d like engraved or
2. Send us an image for inspiration and we can come up with a design
For best results have a minimum text height of 2mm or 6pt. Designs will come out clearer on maple wood as there is more contrast. We typically leave at least 3mm around the edge so the max engraving area would be ~36mm wide (body excl. the lid) and ~24mm high.
Note these are natural wood so colour and engraving may differ between products.
